Did you know that stress and anxiety can be triggers for asthma?
In this guest article I highlight the link between stress and asthma and give simple instructions for how yogic breathing can help. This is a technique that is often recommended (also by physios and medical doctors) to mitigate the stress response and to take us into the relaxation response - beneficial or even essential whether we suffer from asthma or not.
