Core strength is challenging, especially for women (and especially after having a baby/babies), but it is totally possible to build it gradually and with long-term effects.
One of the most popular yoga poses associated with core strength and stability is navasana or boat pose.
All challenging poses (or tasks) can be broken down into progressive, digestible steps. Working with a prop in this case was a game-changer for me, and for many people I have shared this approach with. If you don’t have a yoga block just use a cushion.
