Yoga Nidra Deep Rest and Relaxation


Enjoy deep rest and relaxation with this simple 20-minute practice suitable for all.

Yoga Nidra is sometimes known as yogic sleep or non-sleep deep rest (NSDR). Its benefits are cumulative.

This practice contains guidance for peaceful settling, a bodyscan and the possibility of resting in timelessness.  A refuge for and from the mind. A balm for the body and heart.

If you’re new to Yoga Nidra and would prefer to move during the practice, you could put on some headphones and listen while walking in nature.

Please do not listen to Yoga Nidra while driving or operating machinery.

Yoga Nidra offers rest and gentle rejuvenation during the day, and sound sleep in the evening.
