Moving through all our layers of being (koshas), yoga nidra releases tension to restore, heal and re-awaken our true nature. You'll also enjoy greater ease, contentment and creativity in everyday life.

For the greatest benefits, practice once a week or more, either during the day or in the evening.

These studio-recorded practices are based on the highly effective approach of Swami Satyananda Saraswati (Bihar School of Yoga) in which I am certified, with awareness of other methods. The visualisations are unique and inspired by some of the most peaceful, blissful and awe-inspiring places I have visited in the world.
