Soft Belly, Free Breath and Heart 

Rest, release and replenish in good company.

Let’s befriend the breath – our trusty companion – however it expresses itself and our inner world in the moment.

How might we allow for any tension or holding in the body to release, in order to simply receive a liberated breath? We’ll enjoy a little somatic enquiry and gentle movement, then key restorative yoga poses that nurture the breath. There will be guided, receptive pranayama practice, accessible to all, with an option to explore internal bija mantras. Come and be at peace with the natural dance of doing and non-doing, borders or boundaries and the space beyond.

Online via Zoom with recording available for 10 days. Please see below for props and substitute them with items you can easily find at home if you need to.

Please have with you: 2 bolsters/equivalent, blanket, belt/2 cushions, a chair/sofa and an optional eye pillow/scarf (to cover your eyes/brow if you wish).

Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and a link will be sent to you an hour before the start time on Sunday.

A recording will be available for 10 days to everyone who books, if you can’t join us live and/or would like to practise again.
