Balancing Prana and Apana Energies  

Rest, release and replenish in good company.

We’ll go straight into restorative poses in this class, with the invitation to explore the felt-sense of prana and apana and a balance between the two. Which poses are helpful for this?

With a yoga nidra focusing on the integration of these subtle energies.

All welcome. Come and allow your energy levels to be supported.

Online via Zoom with recording available for 10 days. Please see below for props and substitute them with items you can easily find at home if you need to.

Please have with you: 2 bolsters/equivalent, blanket, belt/2 cushions, a chair/sofa and an optional eye pillow/scarf (to cover your eyes/brow if you wish).

Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and a link will be sent to you an hour before the start time on Sunday.

A recording will be available for 10 days to everyone who books, if you can’t join us live and/or would like to practise again.
