Sunday Restorative Reset


A weekly chance to anchor, replenish and re-balance.

Did you know that when we're relaxed we can't be anxious? It's physiologically impossible.

We'll enjoy a little gentle, tension-releasing movement followed by a simplified form of restorative yoga, incorporating easy-to-find items at home as props. Each class will have a focus and include some pranayama and/or meditation.

Reset your nervous system and bolster your immune system as you transition into the parasympathetic relaxation response, the opposite of 'fight/flight/freeze'. We'll befriend ourselves and reconnect with source and inner joy.

Sundays, 4.30-5.45pm (UK). Via Zoom.

Next class:  7 June 2020   Headache relief (beneficial for all). 

There will be an option to try a 'headwrap'. If you'd like to, please have a bandage or scarf with you. Some soothing, simple pranayama (breath practice) included in this class.   

How to book:
I am offering these classes on a donation/pay what you can basis, with a suggestion of £5 or £10 per class:

Please book at the latest by 12 noon on the day so that the Zoom link can be sent to you.

What to bring:
2 bolsters (or firm pillows), 2-3 blankets, 2 cushions, eye pillow/scarf, yoga block/big book, and your yoga mat. A bandage or scarf for the headwrap if you'd like to try it.
Optional weight e.g. 1kg wheatbag/bag of rice etc.

Joining instructions:
Once you've booked, you'll receive a private link to join the class via Zoom. Please download the Zoom app (new version) here in advance if you don't already have it.

Just click on your link up to 5 minutes before the start time to join the class.
