A chance to anchor, re-energise and really take care of yourself.

Did you know that when we're resting and relaxed we can't be anxious? It's physiologically impossible.

In restorative yoga the body is fully supported by props, creating comfort and ease. Ideal for stress management and fatigue, and for preparing for the subtle practices of yoga. An opportunity to reset the nervous system and bolster the immune system.

We'll enjoy a little tension-releasing, recalibrating somatic movement followed by a simplified form of restorative yoga, incorporating easy-to-find items at home as props.

Sundays, 4.30-5.45pm (UK). Via Zoom.

How to book:
You're welcome to book with the sliding scale of payment offered below. A recording is available for 48 hours if you're unable to attend live.

Please book at the latest by 12 noon on the day so that the Zoom link can be sent to you, or request a recording at the time of booking if you're unable to attend live.

What to bring:
1 yoga brick (or big book), chair/sofa, 1 bolster (or firm wrapped pillow), 2 blankets/shawl and your yoga mat. Optional eye pillow/scarf.

Joining instructions:
Once you've booked, you'll receive a private link to join the class via Zoom. Please download the Zoom app (new version) here in advance if you don't already have it.

Just click on your link up to 5 minutes before the start time to join the class.
